Petite Pinwheels

* 1 8-oz. can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls
* Soft Cream Cheese
* 1/2 finely chopped ham
* 2 Tbsp. finely chopped stuffed green olives
Separate dough into four rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Spread with cream cheese; sprinkle with ham and olives, pressing lightly. Roll up, starting at short end; seal edges. Cut each roll into four slices. Place cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Bake at 375°F, 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 16 appetizers.


Tortilla Bites

* 8 oz cream cheese
* 8 oz sour cream
* 1 small can green chillies (mild..chopped)
* 1 small can chopped black olives
* 1 12 oz pkg grated cheddar cheese
* 1 pkg ranch or party dip mix
* 1 can refried beans
Mix all ingredients w/mixer. Spread on flour tortillas, roll up jelly roll style. Cut into bite size pieces…….dip in salsa. This works better if they are refrigerated before cutting and inserting tooth picks. This recipe came from my good friend, Betty.
